We Listened Before We Launched
Before Clean Squad existed, we spent a year studying the market across Indiana and listening to business owners and homeowners describe the same frustrations again and again. The pattern was impossible to miss: cleaning companies had become impersonal.
Clients were dealing with no real supervision, results that changed from one visit to the next, and a troubling absence of personal attention. Hiring a cleaning service had turned into a gamble.
We decided that shouldn’t be normal — and that fixing it properly was worth building a company around.
